It is not new to the world that ProFriends, Inc. has been providing poor quality customer service to their clients and this is one of the biggest proof into it.
Has anyone (especially from the video) filed a complaint with HLURB? Did you file it as a group? If so, I would like to join in. It may get better attention if filed as a group rather than an individual complaint (but what do I know?). Also, has anyone filed a lawsuit against them? I would like to look into taking that step as well.
