ProFriends (Property Company of Friends) Customer Service

A video came to my attention earlier today which shows how incompetent, arrogant and hypocrite the employees of ProFriends / Property Company of Friends, Inc. are.

In the video, you will see how a certain Leah Martizano-Dela Cruz maltreated the property buyers who wanted to get refunds due to poor construction and delays of their purchases.

"Pro-Friends being irresponsible developers. This is how they treat their buyers once they already got your full DP. Please watch and share to warn the others." ~ Jane Abarquez (the video owner) said.

"Hi sir/mam, I took this video yesterday (november 28; 3pm) at Pro-Friends/Lancaster head office at 55 Tinio Street Brgy. Addition Hills Mandaluyong City," she added.

"We arrived in their office 11am to talk to the Chairman and demand for full refund but they called barangay captain and police from mandaluyong to threaten us to leave the office. But all 26 complainants did not leave their head office, until now we are still here and asking for your assistance."

It is not new to the world that ProFriends, Inc. has been providing poor quality customer service to their clients and this is one of the biggest proof into it.

Lancaster New City Lead Generation Operation

A profriends insider informed us that the company is working to cover all negative issues against them that are showing up across websites online.

According to our source, Profriends, Inc. hired a certain Janet Toral, who appears to claim herself as an internet marketing specialist.

What is Janet Toral's role in this issue? 

It appeared that Janet Toral has been organizing blog events, inviting bloggers to write an article and become lead generation mediums for Profriends, Inc. to increase the sales of their properties in Lancaster New City.

The source said that she was paid millions for this lead generation operation aiming to outrank all negative articles against Profriends.

Profriends and Janet Toral are using the blogging community to deceive more people by offering them houses of poor quality, delayed turnovers, no refund policy and mismanaged community.

If you will check our previous post, you will see proofs that Profriends, Inc. has been scamming a lot of people, and our moral obligation tells us to do something against it, so we are calling all said bloggers to withdraw their support in this project or you will be hunted by your conscience for participating in a large scale scam.

We will list you in here, we will monitor all of you, along with the thousands of people that was scammed by Profriends, Inc until you stop what you are doing. We will be publishing all your names and all the participation you are doing, and we, along with tens and thousands of our families will not forget you all.

We urge the said bloggers to show that they are not allowing a greedy company use them for their corporate strategies. Withdraw your support or we, the thousands of complainants will go after you, up to the extent of bringing this into court.

Robbery inside Lancaster New City and the Security Lapses

An incident in Lancaster New City was brought to our attention yesterday, informing us that there was a robbery that happened last August 10, 2014 in one of its phase - Sommerset 8 or SS8.

We will hide the name of the victim for security purposes but these photos were provided by her in one social media group.

According to her, there are security lapses because there's only one guard in duty within the whole phase when the incident happened. Plus the fact that the security agency did not forward the incident to the police as they said so.

"Yung chief security nio na si MR. VOLUNTAD assured us na iboblotter nia pero wala naunahan p namin dahil s tulong ng maraming nagmamalasakit na mga taga ss4. I dare u to resign kung wala kang magagawa," the victim said in one of her posts.

It was also revealed that after several robbery incident against homeowners that occured inside the Lancaster New City community owned by Profriends, Inc., no report was filed by their security agency as confirmed by the police.

"SS8 HAS ONLY 99 UNITS. D MO NGA KABISADO HUMINGI KA PA NG MAPA KAY GARCIA. 14 ACTUAL MOVE IN AND YET YOU CANNOT PROVIDE AMPLE SECURITY HOW MUCH MORE FOR 321 UNITS!!!!! ALL OF YOU VILLAGE ADMINS PLS RESIGN!!! OR DO HARAKIRI!!!!! SA MGA MKAKABASA NITO SORRY PASENSYA NA 3 YRS DELAYED TURN OVER ,4 PAGES PUNCH LIST BEFORE ACTUAL ACCEPTANCE,5 SATURDAYS OF ENDLESS REPAIRS UPON ACTUAL MOVE-IN AND THIS IS THE NIGHTMARE THAT AWAITED US HERE AT LANCASTER NEW CITY!!! WHAT ELSE SHOULD I FEEL?" the victim added in her comment in a social media group.

A knife was found in the sala believed to be used by the robbers as defense in case the homeowner arrive.

Lancaster New City is supposed to be a dream come true for many people who purchased affordable housing units from Profriends, Inc., but it went the other way around, what many buyers got was a horrible nightmare.

Lancaster New City Complainants Gather In Front of Profriends Main Office in Mandaluyong

A big number of buyers turned complainants appeared before the office of Profriends in Mandaluyong city asking for refund. Apparently, they were not allowed to enter the building.
